Changing American Classrooms

A new paradigm for education

Prisms is a VR platform that's changing how math and science are taught in American classrooms. Instead of textbooks and worksheets, students step into immersive, real-world scenarios and learn by doing. It's spatial, kinesthetic, and built around a teaching arc that puts educators in control. But despite strong results in pilot schools, the people with the power to fund and expand the program — state legislators, district superintendents, private funders — hadn't seen any of it.

Storyboard

We produced a series of state-specific short films in Michigan, New York, and Florida, each built around the voices of teachers, students, and school leaders in real classrooms using the curricula. To keep pace with active legislative sessions, we shot interviews on green screen, composited school-specific environments in post, and delivered finished films on a rolling basis. This streamlined approach put usable assets in the hands of advocates while production was still underway in other states.

The films helped Prisms secure continued funding across those states, in the nick of time. Not by reaching millions, but by reaching the right people at the right time.
