Documenting a movement

More than thirty years after the ADA promised equal participation for people with disabilities, millions of Americans with limb loss and limb difference still can't access the prosthetic and orthotic devices they need to be physically active. Insurance policies routinely deny coverage for activity-based devices, treating movement as a luxury rather than a right. So Every BODY Can Move is a grassroots movement working to change that through state-by-state legislative reform.

The Film

We partnered with SEBCM to create a short documentary film that tells the story of this historic movement — its origins, its goals, and the coalition of advocates, clinicians, and lawmakers pushing for change across the country. The film is built to serve as a standalone advocacy tool: something that can educate, rally support, and put a human face on a complex policy issue.
